Aspects of the Irish Country Furniture Collection at the National Museum of Ireland
Rosa Meehan has been a curator in the Irish Folklife Division for five years. She is particularly interested in the Museum’s collection of drawings and watercolours of Irish homes from the 1930s and 1940s. She also has responsibility for the Irish Country Furniture and tools collections. Rosa studied Irish history and Librarianship at University College Dublin and is author of The Story of Mayo, 2002.
