This tour will take in the history of the Royal Dublin Society in its Charters, Paintings, and Sculptures which are housed in a series of rooms culminating in the finest room, the Council Chamber. This contains portraits of past Presidents and other notable figures associated with its Foundation. The tour will last approximately one hour and is followed by a two course lunch in the RDS. Assemble in the entrance hall of the RDS at 11.50 am.
The cost is €23. Pre-booking before Friday the 14th of February and a lunch reservation is required of members. Member guests are welcome to join us.
